The purpose of this form is to obtain a list of all vendors in attendance of Road Rash Rodeo, May 12, 13, and 14, 2023.

Vendors shall be properly licensed in accordance with Arizona, Coconino County and Williams requirements to operate at the Rodeo Grounds. Vendors are responsible for set-up.

The Town of Williams, The Rodeo Grounds, the American Legion, and both Legion posts sponsoring this event (Post 13 and Post 57) shall not be held 
responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any items by vendors in attendance.
Please arrive on the 13th to allow for set-up by 1500 hrs. (3:00 PM). Vehicles will not be 
allowed in the designated vendor area other than cargo trailers and displays.

For example if your food and drink you could list sodas, burgers, hot dogs, fries. If your recruitment you could list careers, opportunities, adventure, job security.
