The purpose of this form is to obtain a list of all Event sponsor in attendance of Road Rash Rodeo, May 12, 13, and 14, 2023.
Sponsor shall be properly licensed and insured (if required) in accordance with Arizona, Coconino County and Williams requirements to operate at the Rodeo Grounds.
Sponsors are responsible for set-up. The Town of Williams, The Rodeo Grounds, the American Legion, and both Legion posts sponsoring this event (Post 13 and Post 57) shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any items by sponsor in attendance.
